Control of Contracts and budgets



The Challenge

A complex structure was defined to manage the whole operation in terms of costs and budgets, ranging from each contract to each type of operation on a particular location. The information was scatered across two different systems and reporting was too complex.





The solution

With ALLOS, data began to be retrieved from both systems and the different types of date were reconciled. From there, it was easy for the user to cross information and build all the relevant reports.



The results

The most significant advantage was to be able to report on data otherwise impossible and place a multitude of information in the spreadsheet.
